  1. Emma, I think you did an awesome job articulating your views. I also liked how you and the fatherhood “representative” kept the discussion serious. I thought the interviewer wanted to get you two into an argument by asking controversial questions like “are men lazy?” and you two stuck to the idea that the problem is systemic.

    Also, I shared this comic with my significant other because some parts really ring true with our relationship in terms of housework. We got into one of the most painful arguments in our marriage, BUT we are coming out on the other side and addressing the issue the best we can. Thank you for your work!

    Finally, I thought that how you ended the conversation with the idea of the mental load was great. Your comic is the first time I heard about this concept and like I mentioned before, it really rings true to me.

  2. Emma, you cartoon had such a positive impact on me that I can’t thank you enough. You helped me recognise the situation at my hand and understand it better. That this situation is a reality for so many people, there is a word to recognise it and there are ways to remedy it. Thank you for opening my eyes
